This Court by an order dated 18.07.2019, directed the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.369 of 2008 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the copy of that order. Since the suit was not disposed of within the time frame, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, four months time is extended to comply with the order of this Court dated 18.07.2019.
