CR.NO. 572 OF 2019 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the bail condition modified in Crl.M.P.No. 777 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No. 29393 of 2019 dated 23.01.2020 of that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police fortnight at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.NIXON, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S. K.PRABAKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Petition for relaxation of the bail condition modified in Crl.M.P.No.777 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29393 of 2019 dated 23.01.2020.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioners, modified a condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police fortnight i.e. on every 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.777 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.29393 of 2019 dated 23.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
