This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to transfer the case C.C.No.84 of 2008 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court at Vandavasi to some other Judicial Magistrate Court within the Kanchipuram District.

2. Heard Mr.A.Arokiadoss, the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. It is seen that this case is pending since 2008. It is represented that the chief examination of PW1 was completed on 09.02.2012 and no further progress.

4. The Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
