PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 05.02.2020 in E.A.No.1 of 2019 in E.P.No.162 of 2018 in R.C.O.P.No.344 of 1980 on the file of the Rent Controller Cum I Additional District Munsiff at Coimbatore and consequently allow the E.A.No.1 of 2019.

Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Revision petition. He has also sent e-mail to that effect.
