Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.G.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner to comply with the conditional order dated 21.01.2021 made in Crl.O.P.No.5721 of 2021.
