ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.02.2014 and to pass orders.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation dated 12.02.2014 given by the petitioner and to pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
