J U D G M E N T

(Judgment was delivered by S.S. SUNDAR, J.) This Original Side Appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single Judge, dated 12.01.2022 in O.P.No.1039 of 2019. 2.This Court, considering the fact that there is an element of settlement, referred the matter to mediation. Learned counsel appearing on either side, reported that the parties have agreed for terms and settlement agreement dated 10.01.2025 was entered into. The settlement agreement that is produced before this Court shows that the parties have signed the settlement agreement in the presence of their respective counsels and the learned counsel appearing for the parties have acknowledged their signature and the factum of settlement agreement.

3.This Original Side Appeal is therefore disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement and the settlement agreement dated 10.01.2025 shall form part of records. No costs.
