ORDER
The petitioner seeks relaxation of the condition imposed on him in para no.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 06.30 p.m., until further orders by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.29026 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instruction, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed on him by this Court since 23.02.2025.
3. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition no.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29026 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024.
