O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that his house is very much dilapidated and it may wreck at any time and therefore, when he wanted to demolish and reconstruct, his neighbour Neelakandan is preventing him. It is also seen that a suit in O.S.No.164 of 2015 is pending between the petitioner and his son before the learned District Munsif, Coimbatore. On reading of the complaint dated 27.02.2015, it does not disclose the commission of any cognizable offence for the respondent police to register an FIR.

4. Under such circumstances, an order of not of harass cannot be granted and this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedies in the manner known to law.
