ORDER

(Order of the court was made by V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN, J.) In response to the notice issued in the contempt petitions, the District Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Officer has filed counter. In para 9 and 10 of the counter it is stated as follows:- "9. I respectfully submit that seniority list in the cook post were prepared and sent to Director of Adi Dravidar Welfare vide letter No.M2/5298/14, dated 26.8.2015 for giving promotion in the cadre of servant cum watchman/Watch woman.

On approval of seniority by the Director Adi Dravidar https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Welfare promotion order will be given and vacancy in cook post will arise and post the above three in the created vacancies.

10. I respectfully submit that in the above circumstance this respondent seek time three months for reporting compliance of this Hon'ble Court order dated 10.03.2014. Hence, it is most respectfully submitted that there is no any intention to this respondent to disobey the order of Hon'ble Court."

2. In view of the undertaking given in para 9 and 10, the contempt petitions are closed for the present. ssk.
