Cmp.Nos.19317 & 19319 of 2019 in CRP.No.3581 of 2018, dt.22.02.2021 Cmp.Nos.19317 & 19319 of 2019 in CRP.No.3581 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY,J., These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed (i) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the second petitioner/L.Lakshmi and (ii) to implead the legal heirs of the second petitioner/L.Lakshmi, who are the proposed 3rd & 4th petitioners herein, in the present Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Miss.Swetha Sridhar, learned counsel appearing for M/s.BFS Legal, learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection for allowing the miscellaneous petitions.

4.Considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioners, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, all these petitions are allowed as prayed for.
