This petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents by initiating appropriate Contempt Proceedings against them for not complying with the order dated 18.01.2016 passed in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ W.P.No.1461 of 2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this court to withdraw the contempt petition since the order of this Court dated 18.01.2016 has been complied with by the respondents. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
