This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to register a case based on the complaint dated 18.05.2015 given by the petitioners, to investigate the matter in accordance with law as well as to file the status report before this Hon'ble Court to bring the culprits to book and to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

prosecute them under the provisions of Indian Penal Code.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is represented that the petitioners have sent their complaints dated 18.05.2015 and 20.05.2015 to the respondents Police and no action has been taken. The petitioners are directed to go in person and give a copy of their complaint to the second respondent Police and on such complaints being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
