Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorari, calling for records pertaining to the impugned order dated 27.02.2023 vide Ku.pa.No.08/2022 in Na.Ka.No.12589/Aa/2022 and quash the same as illegal unconstitutional.

This writ petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order dated 27.02.2023 vide Ku.pa.No.08/2022 in Na.Ka.No.12589/Aa/2022 and quash the same.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions would submit that the petitioner should be provided with documents based upon which he has been issued with the charge memo. 2/5
3. Considering the limited relief, the respondents are directed to provide the documents that they intend to rely upon. It is made clear that only on production of the documents the enquiry shall be proceeded with.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs.
