ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner on the basis of the complaint given by one Pushpa.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint given by one Pushpa, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate for the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, she shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused.
