2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the material placed on record.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, the respondent police are directed to conduct the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2015 expeditiously. During the course of investigation, if offences https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

under Sections 406, 420, 506(ii) and 34 IPC surface, the same may be included in the final report.
