Rpa C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as nothing survives for further adjudication, in these Civil Revision Petitions, he may be permitted to withdraw the Civil Revision Petitions. He has also made endorsements to the said effect in both the Civil Revision Petitions.

2. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the endorsements made, Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also dismissed.
