This petition is filed to condone the delay of 173 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 173 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
