ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to revoke the order of suspension issued by the respondent, dated 01.12.2021, by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 02.12.2021.

2. It is to be noted that G.O.(Ms).No.81, Human Resources Management Department, dated 04.08.2022, has been passed by the Government, under which, guidelines have been prescribed for revocation of the suspension order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner will be satisfied if the representation, dated 02.12.2021 seeking revocation of the suspension order, dated 01.12.2021 is considered on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the aforesaid G.O.(Ms).No.81, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if such a direction is issued. 2 / 4

Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.12.2021 seeking revocation of the suspension order, dated 01.12.2021, on merits and in accordance with law, more particularly, in the light of the aforesaid G.O.(Ms).No.81, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
