A.No.1390 of 2022 in C.S.No.568 of 2009 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN.J, This application has been filed to condone the delay of 3570 days in filing a written statement by the 2nd defendant in the above suit.

2. Considering the huge delay in filing the written statement of 2nd defendant in the above C.S.No.568 of 2009, this Court is inclined to allow this application with costs of Rs.2,000/-.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed with costs of Rs.2,000/- to be paid by the applicant / 2nd defendant to the Adyar Cancer Institute and Research Centre on or before 15.06.2022, failing which, the above order shall stand cancelled automatically.
