O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to transfer the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2018 for the offence under sections 448, 294(b), 324 of IPC form the file of the 3rd respondent police to file of the 2nd respondent police Deputy Superintendent of police, Neyveli, Cuddalore District and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Cuddalore.

2. Heard Mr.Hasan Mohammed Jinnah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as Mrs.P.Kritika Kamal, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The grievance of the petitioner is to transfer the case in Crime No.8 of 2018 from the file of the third respondent police to the file of second respondent police viz., The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Neyveli, Cuddalore District and to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate Cuddalore.

4. Pursuant to the grounds raised by the petitioner herein, I am of the view that the third respondent may be directed to conduct investigation under the supervision of his Superior Officer. Hence, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to continue the investigation in Crime No.8 of 2018 and complete the same as expeditiously as possible. Such an investigation shall be monitored by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Neyveli, on day to day basis.

5. With the above observations and directions, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
