ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent herein to register the case on a compliant given by the petitioner in CSR.No.187 of 2015 on the file of the Inspector of Police, AWPS, Ambattur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent.

3. It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.187 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.187 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
