O R D E R
[ORDER OF THE COURT WAS MADE BY S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.] The present writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 to 12 to operate Bus services (SETC) from the places of Sathankulam and Peikulam to Chennai, Coimbatore, Ooty, Bangalore, Erode and Velankanni, based on the petitioner's representation dated 29.12.2021.
2. Under the guise of the disposal of the writ petition, innocuous prayer has been made before this Court and it is a policy decision of the Government to decide about the plying of the buses from one place to another. If the present relief sought for by the petitioner is granted, there will be endless litigations, like the present one on hand and therefore, we are not inclined to interfere with the policy decision of the Government.
3. We do not find any merit in the writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs.
