This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.1255 of 2015 on the file of the 6th respondent to any other https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation agency not below the rank of Assistant Commissioner of Police for conducting fair investigation.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the Investigating Officer is not taking proper steps for recovering the articles. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the fourth respondent, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Valasaravakkam, Chennai to supervise and monitor the case in Crime No.1255 of 2015 and expeditiously conduct the investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
