ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation dated 17.03.2022 submitted by the petitioner seeking not to demolish petitioner's property situated at Survey No.107/2, Selaiyur Village.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. A perusal of the counter filed by the third respondent reveals that the petitioner is in possession of the land comprised in Survey No.101/1A1 (now town survey No.19, Block-2, Ward-G) situated in Selaiyur Village to an extent of 0.38.00 hectares. The said land comprised 2/4

in Survey No.101/1A1 in Selaiyur Village in revenue records, classified as 'Railway Permanent' belongs to Railway Board.

4. In view of the above, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered and it is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
