E.P.No.95 of 2013 E.P.No.95 of 2013 P.VELMURUGAN.,J This petition has been filed by the decree holder seeking to apply for an attachment and sale of the schedule mentioned property of the judgment debtors to the credit of this execution petition to realize the amount mentioned in the column No.9 together with interest at the rate of 18% per annum up to the date of realization of the award amount.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and also seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this execution petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.
