O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to pass orders on the appeal that has been filed by the petitioner on 16.04.2019.

The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the first respondent has already taken cognizance of the appeal filed by the petitioner and notice is being sent to the petitioner and the other interested parties and the enquiry is fixed on 19.03.2020. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner and the opposite party will be heard and documents will be perused and appropriate orders will be passed within the time fixed by this Court.

been taken place in this case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
