ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation pending on the file of the third respondent in Crime No.461 of 2021 to some other Inspector of Police under the first respondent jurisdiction.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though this petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation, it would suffice that a direction may be issued to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.461 of 2021 and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
3. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the second respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.461 of 2021 and file a final report, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. This Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
