This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order and restore the above CMA on the file of this court, which was dismissed for default on 18.02.2020.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and C.M.A.No.1579 of 2013 is restored to file.
