ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that the representation made by the petitioner is already under consideration by the 3rd respondent and that a decision will be taken on its own merits and in accordance with law and it will be informed to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to deal with the representation / application made by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
