Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 2 and 4 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and his property based upon his complaint dated 19.10.2023 made to the 4th respondent and the further

representation dated 27.05.2024 and representation dated 11.11.2024 to the respondents 1 to 4.

2. Heard and perused the materials available on record.

3. According to the case of the petitioner, the petitioner owned property to an extent of 1.69 cents comprised in S.No.177/1B to an extent of 0.20 cents, S.No.177/1A, Patta No.691, situated in No.59, Sempoondi Village, Madhuranthagam Taluk, Chengalpattu District. While being so, the respondents 5 to 7 are preventing the petitioner from enjoyment of the property. Therefore, it is a clear civil dispute between the petitioner and the respondents 5 to 7. That apart, the police protection cannot be granted for enjoying the property.
