This application has been filed by the applicant to receive the Pension payment order [Pensioners Portion L.Subramaniyam] as additional document in the petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that as per the direction of this Court to ascertain the other legal heirs of the testator, the Pension Payment Order of the testator has been obtained and same has to be marked as additional evidence in the Original Petition.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that the additional document is relevant to prove his case, this application is ordered and the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.
