This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to direct the Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Erode to dispose the C.C.No.1165/2019 as expeditiously as possible within a period of stipulated time.

Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court No.II, Erode to expedite the hearing in C.C.No.1165/2019 and complete the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The trial shall be conducted on a day to day basis in accordance with the guidelines given by Hon'ble Supreme Court reported in Vinod Kumar Vs State of Punjab [2015 (1) MLJ (Crl) 288 SC]. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
