This petition has been filed to reopen the contempt petition No.2050 of 2023 which was closed on 13.09.2023.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the rejection order was not served on the petitioners.

3. The learned Government appearing for the petitioners submitted that the rejection order was served on the petitioners as early as on 30.06.2022 itself.

4. In view of the above submission, this Sub Application is closed.
