This application has been filed by the applicant to receive the additional documents on behalf of the plaintiff in the suit.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that due to oversight the documents were not able to be filed along with the plaint and hence, seeks to receive the additional documents.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicant and in order to give an opportunity to the applicant to put forth their case, this application is Ordered and the documents shall be received subject to proof and relevancy.
