2. The petitioner was appointed as a Ticket Seller / Multi-purpose worker in the 3rd respondent temple on 01.09.2009. The case of the petitioner is that he was suspended from service based on 16 charges framed against him. The petitioner preferred an appeal petition and by order dated 15.02.2023, it was held that the charges against him were not proved.

Therefore, the petitioner made a representation dated 12.12.2025 to the respondents seeking regulation of suspension period as duty period, payment of salary for 939 days, payment of pending 10 months salary, Grant of EPF and other service benefits etc., However, the same has not been considered. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2025 has not been considered to date, a direction is issued to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
