r/w 120(B) of IPC in Crime No.159 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.

Earlier, when the matter was listed before this Court, it was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras for settlement between the parties.

Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, it was reported before this Court that the mediation talks have failed and that the learned counsel who had appeared earlier on behalf the petitioners has given a change of vakalat.
