Mr.Bala Ramesh, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.S.Palanisamy, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent / Special Tribunal for Co-operative Cases, Nagappattinam to dispose the Cooperative C.M.A.No.8 of 2017, within a time frame.
3. On a perusal of the docket sheet filed by the petitioner in the typed-set of papers, it is seen that that for the Appeal filed in November 2017, notice was served and one Mr.R.Paramanandam filed Vakalat for the second respondent on 16.02.2018. Subsequently, the matter was adjourned on 27.06.2018 and further on 27.09.2018. On 27.09.2018, both the parties were not ready and hence it was posted on 14.12.2018 and on 14.12.2018, the matter was posted today i.e., 08.03.2019.
4. From the above, it is clear that there was no delay in the adjudication proceedings. Therefore, at this stage, this Court cannot entertain this Writ Petition, seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal within a time frame. However, taking note of the facts of the case, the first respondent is directed to dispose the Appeal as expeditiously as possible.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There is no order as to costs.
