ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein to consider the representation dated 30.09.2019 submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and within a stipulated period. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner submitted representation dated 30.09.2019 before the 2nd to 4th respondents for issuance of patta in respect of the property comprised in S.F.No.714 ad-measuring to an extent of 1.94.0 hectares situated at Jujuvadi Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District. The said lands were classified as 'Dharisu' (Karadu Poramboke). On receipt of the same, the 4th respondent conducted enquiry and found that the subject land is classified as 'Karadu Poramboke' and there is a ban for assignment of the said property as per G.O.Ms.No.122, Revenue (Ni.Mu.2) Department, dated 21.02.2006, thereby rejected the petitioner's representation by an order dated 10.03.2020. Therefore, the writ petition is devoid of merits and it is liable to be dismissed.
