When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner earlier arrested and he has been released on bail by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.3532 of 2021 dated 31.08.2021. However, the petitioner after coming out of bail by executing his own bond and has not complied with the further condition. However, the Anticipatory Bail Petition filed by the petitioner is not maintainable.

2.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may granted liberty to file a fresh petition seeking for extension of time to furnish sureties before the concerned Court. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 08.03.20 jas Note:Issue Order Copy on 09.03.2023.
