ORDER

The prayer in the present petition is to quash the F.I.R. in Cr. No.842 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent Police.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Charge Sheet has been filed against the petitioner/accused under Section 15 (2) of Indian Medical council Act 1956, 419 and 420 IPC in Cr. No.842 of 2017.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet if he do so. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
