The above Sub Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing in the presence of M/s.C.Prabakaran, Counsel for the Petitioner herein; and upon reading the Application and affidavit of R.Sudhakaran filed herein ; the Court made the following order:- "Today, Mr.A.M.Kumar, Administrative Officer and Mr.G.Karthikeyan, Assistant Revenue Officer in-charge of Salem City Municipal Corporation are present before this Court.
2. Heard the learned standing counsel for the respondent- Corporation. The explanation now sought to be offered is far from satisfactory. The photographs produced show that the attempt of the respondents to show that the order is being complied with has been initiated only recently. The photographs show that there is so much of uncleaned garbage in the market area. Let an affidavit be filed by the Commissioner of the respondentCorporation clearly explaining as to what action was taken, how he proposes to monitor the market and ensure there is clean atmosphere and who are the officers who will be nominated to undertake such exercise. Before the next hearing date, effective implementation should be done and the affidavit should contain the steps taken duly supported by photographs.
