ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee for speedy disposal of Crl.M.P No.2016 of 2024 in C.C No.130 of 2022 within the specific time fixed by this Court and dispose the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The petitioner had filed a complaint as against the respondent before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee in Crl.M.P No.2016 of 2024 in C.C.No.130 of 2022. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner has filed this present petition.

4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Poonamallee, is directed to complete the Trial in Crl.M.P No.2016 of 2024 in C.C.No.130 of 2022, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
