ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that she sent an e-mail to the petitioner on 06.02.2020 with an intention to know the current status of the Panchayat approval and on the same day itself, the petitioner sent a reply stating that the petitioner has not done any operation on the subject land and the land is lying empty since 2013 and hence, the matter can be closed as they do not intend to do any operation on the land as of now.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the above said e-mails and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.

3. Recording the copy of the email dated 06.02.2020 sent by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the petitioner as well as the response received and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
