O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents herein for disobeying the orders of this Court dated 02.03.2016 made in W.P.No.7680 of 2016.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and he also filed a Memo of Compliance dated 17.04.2023 to that effect. He further averred that as per the directions of this Court, orders have been issued to the petitioner on 23.12.2020 conferring permanency and he has also attached the copy of the order with the Memo of Compliance. 4. In view of the settlement entered between the parties, the Contempt Petition is closed for the present.
