CRIME NO.99 OF 2022 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extent the time granted in Crl OP No.2246 of 2022 order dated 02.02.2022 in Crime No.99 of 2022 and pass such other further orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.D.ARUN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.BASKARAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed by the petitioner to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2246 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022 to execute the sureties before the trial Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Time already granted by this Court in Crl.OP.No.2246 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022 is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled.
