This petition is filed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.2740 of 2014 dated 20.02.2014, which required the respondents to complete investigation within a period of four months from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that charge sheet has already been filed on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate, Sengam.

3. Though there is some delay in complying with the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order and presently, charge sheet has been filed in this case.
