The writ petition has been filed regarding the tender disputes and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 3 and 4 brought to the notice of this Court that the tender was floated and the job was also executed along back.
2. Thus, the cause aroused for filing the writ petition did not exist as of now. In view of the fact that the tender was floated during the pendency of the writ petition, no further adjudication is required.
