The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondent to provide the light duty/alternative job to the petitioner till the respondent constitute the Medical Board within the time frame. 2.With reference to the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the learned counsel for the respondent furnished a copy of the Report of the Regional Medical Board, dated 12.06.2019, which states that the petitioner is fit to join duty in the post of Conductor.
