PRAYER : Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari calling for the records bearing Office Advice No.M/C.300/VLCY/Parking Stand/Termination dated 30.01.2012 passed by the first respondent and quash the same.

O R D E R

The order impugned is an order of termination, terminating the contract for manning the vehicle parking stand at Velachery Railway Station. The period of contract was expired long back and the petitioner is not operating the abovesaid Vehicle Parking Stand. Thus, no further adjudication on merits is required in the present writ petition.

2. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has furnished the Bank Guarantee. Thus, in respect of the ground raised regarding the deposits if any made by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to submit an appropriate application before the authorities competent for consideration, who in turn shall consider the same as per the terms and conditions.

3. With the abovesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
